On Sat., Aug. 16, several professional anglers and I will participate in a benefit tournament for a young angler named Ron Phillips. He's a wonderful young man who's fighthing Leukemia. You can enter the tournament and/or buy raffle tickets for a chance to fish with one of us. Visit this site to read Ron's story and for information about the tournament: Ron Phillips Benefit Tournament
I participated in the Nations River tournament in May. There were 39 boats and we each took out a child from the Living Classroomprogram for a morning tournament. My husband, my brother and I were there along with Edwin Evers and Kurt Dove from the Bassmaster Elite Series. All the kids had a great time and caught fish. Check out the pictures on my photos page.
Recently, I've been in several news articles. Check them out on my "In the News" page.
